stop near Sparrows Point at the mouth of Bear Creek was to assist
a disabled boater in an outboard engine, 17ft white ski-boat with a walk through window,
2 persons on board with a dead battery.
Weather was stormy with lightning. Got him running and continued on.
First trip into Curtis Bay, lots of Big and little Tug Boats and the Coast Guard Yard, then the waterfront section of Glen Burnie near Marley Ave and Furnace Ave.
